I'm sure i'm not the only one who gets discouraged when they don't start seeing immediate results in a short period of time (even though we're aware this is not realistic) Does anyoen have any tips on not focusing on the scale and focusing on the journey (so to speak)...

  • I try to pre-plan my meals for the week on Sunday and throughout the week I can focus on exercise and sticking to my meal plan; hope this helps!

I recently started a 2nd Instagram account that is only fitness related. It has helped me focus more on the journey for sure! I love seeing the transformations of others and interacting w/people fighting the same fight as me. But I also enjoy posting pictures of my workouts or food or anything fitness related. I feel like it holds me accountable, but it's also something very positive. It's something I simply enjoy; I WANT to work out so I can post these pictures. I WANT to eat healthy so I can show my "friends" that I'm not living off of french fries.
