Omg, sugar is and always been a problem for me. I am like the biggest chocoholic you guys ever met. I try to avoid it at any cost. When it is not possible I putt in 20,30 min in cardio.

Neantos422 Are not seeing any difference in cloths size? Every body react different to food intake and workout routine. Your body might convert fat tissue to muscle tissue. Just keep going, log your food, workout when you can. It will all even out at the end
