  • Thanks for posting your goals. I don't usually say mine publicly. Today I'll make an exception. 1) Log my food daily. 2) Exercise 5 days per week. 3) Set an alarm when I'm working on my computer every 2 hours to remind me to get up and walk around. 4) Pray Daily 5) Read 30 chapters of my Bible weekly.
  • Back on the elliptical today. I starte with only 5 min. X2 per day. Added a minute to each last week and did the same today. 7 min. 2xs per day doesn't feel like much but this is how I got to a half hour 2years ago. Trying not to let negative thoughts. Seep into my routine.
