Checking In
i checked my goals using Withings. It suggest w/BMI & fat mass considered my goal weight is 112lbs. I don't think I've been 112 since 8th grade! I maintained at 130 -150 for 10 years. I've got a full day today. Helping give an orientation workshop to some new folks at work. So I'm spending most of the day on the road. I find the road days harder to keep to my food plan. Still not giving up - my day has just started And so far so good. LOL
