roasted broccoli is addicting, I promise: 1 head of broccoli, break up the trees and place them on a baking sheet 1 tbs olive oil/ ghee or coconut oil drizzled over broccoli 1 tsp garlic powder and salt/pepper to taste sprinkled over broccoli bake at 400 until crispy ! ENJOY

these are simple and delicious! COCONUT DATE BITES: add all these ingredients to a food processors until the mixture stats sticking together. I roll then into about 1" balls and make about 25 total & eat them throughout the week. 1 C pitted dates 3/4 C cashews 2/3 C unsweetened coconut 3 TBS cocoa powder Refrigerate
