  • Same here, I do the daily weighing only to make sure something isn't going wrong. I'd rather fix a negative issue after a day instead of after a week. I log my weight the same day once a week and that is what I gauge my progress against.
  • One packet of instant cream of wheat and toss in some frozen blueberries or raspberries. Takes literally only 2-minutes to make. The cream of wheat has 20 carbs, 3g of protein, zero fat, and only 100 calories.
  • You could simply be swapping out fat for muscle. It's way to early for you to become frustrated or impatient. Keep eating right and keep exercising. Even if for now your weight doesn't drop dramatically you will be leaner, trimmer, and in much better shape.
  • I'm on it and am losing 1.5 to 2 pounds a week.
