  • Hi, I have just this week bought my first Garmin. I am trying to stop the adjusted calories appearing in connect. On MFP I have tried both tick in the box and also no tick. In MFP it doesn't add my exercise calories in which is what I want but Garmin is still adding them. Do you know how to turn this off? Thanks in advance

  • I have a Fitbit flex and I have MFP on my mobile, iPad and on a pc and they all sinc to the Fitbit. If you go into MFP on your mobile, choose more at the bottom and scroll down to apps and devices and select fit bit it come up with disconnect or buy, just choose disconnect. This was on my iPhone btw.
