I am a twin mom too but boys are now close to 4. Are you nursing or pumping?? If so you need more calories than 1200 or your supply will crash. Also, you will burn a lot nursing. P90 gives you demos of how to do the exercise and is pretty short/easy to follow. Overall I like it a lot (haven't made it to level c) and have gotten good results without doing it 6 days a week

Make sure you eat enough and take in enough fluids. I was tracking with ww when I was nursing and that site gave you an extra 500 calories per day. I was fine w that, drinking enough and working out. But if I dipped below my supply would drop (i personally could not get anywhere near 1200 calories per day).
