ooft... that might have to be a valentines dinner :p...it wont be so romantic for us later after all those beans though haha... poor men when we're on diets!! Last night he ate a salad and i WAS NOT in the good books :p thankyou for all the ideas guys!! ill have to try them all out if i like it x

The circuit training at home is such a great idea!!!!! And yeah i know how you feel having a big goal... hearing women say things like 'oh i really need to lose 7lbs for summer' and you're just there like... I WISH!! haha may have to start the circuit! x
