Trying again. Currently at 230lbs. Many years ago, I got myself from 260 to 195. I know I can do it again. I've started this journey many times since. Just need to commit.

Try the Robert Irvine Fit Crunch protein bars. They all have a satisfying sweet feeling like eating a candy bar, but are 190 calories, 16 protein and around 3-5 sugar.

Been in indeed. I find a lot of same stuff. I’m not looking to go into Walmart/target. The professional sprucing up of the resume might be a good idea. Thanks.

When you go to a fast food place, order off the “dollar” or “cheap” menu. 1 main item and 1 fry. These are usually the smallest options they carry. It will give you the satisfaction but not the heavy calories of the full size meals. I know it won’t completely solve the issues, but it’s a start. I use to eat a lot of candy.…
