Well the scale said I lost 10 pounds in 1 month when I started, but I still felt and looked the same to myself. But then I took an after picture and I was shocked to see that I had acually slimmed down xD. Even now, I still look in the mirror and feel really fat.

I'm 5'1 Right now I'm at 129lbs, size 7 jeans. I would say I'm medium framed, considering my rib cage is quite wide, but my shoulders are pretty petite I think. Also, Im went from a 38D to a 36C. Ive lost 17 pounds using mfp. <3 My goal is 110. Lets work hard people!!

Days when I dont have class: 9:00-Wake up and eat breakfast 10:00-Drive to gym 10:30-11:30-Head to the tread mill and run 3 miles. Takes about 30 minutes and burns 400 cal. Then walk for a while. A lot of people recommend eating less, but what got me out of my plateau was eating more. I had a refeed day of over 2000 calories (Im 5'1 lol) and then two days later I went from my 3 weeks of being 132 pounds to 129 lbs. And Im pooping a lot more now. Try something like that. Although everyone's body is different.

I agree 100%. The thing about becoming healthy and starting a weightloss journey, you have to want it more than anything else in the world. Motivation? I dont even know what motivates me other than my will and my need to become healthy.

Exactly, at the end of the day carbs, fat and protien is not bad for you. Going over your calories for the day and not balancing the macronutrients is.

Also, when I first started I weighted 148lbs and my recommended calorie intake to loose 1.5 lbs a day was 1400 calories. Since then I am eating 1300 calories. I will try to balance out my macronutrients.

Someone mentioned that constapation had something to do with my halt in weight loss? Can that be a reason? Im eating way below my required fat intake. What kind of foods should I eat that contain healthy fats? (I know avocados do but thats about it)
