Its challenging meeting my calories becasue its just so much food. Im 5'1, 100 pounds and I eat 1900 calories a day. Ive been logging everything for almost a uear now! :)

Agree. I find it so upsettung when I go over my daily recommended calories. I get anxious, upset, sad and I just beat myself over it. Thats my main strugglt right now.

Same here! Im 5'1 and went from 148 lbs to 100 and I have crazy irregular periods! I can go months without getting one. and when i do, its supee heavy.

Yes! I have a bmi of 19 and according to fat calculators im 21-23% bf. I eat pretty healthy but like i said i was miscalculating my calories in vs out and so i was accidentally under eating. Im gonna raise my maintenance calories and see what happens :3

The hardest part of maintaining for me was never eating enough calories in order to not lose anymore. I went from dieting at 1200 to "maintaining" at 1300 but I kept losing. So I upped to 1500 and Ive been maintaining since August! Its great I have so many calories to eat!! >:3

They say that under 10,000 steps a day is sedentary and over that is lightly active.

I avoided water retention or maintenance weight gain by slowly upping my calories. I also go to the gym less frequently so my muscles can rest in between workouts.

I would run at my school or park track!

Yea for me I had to really lose a lot of pounds to start noticing my clothes fitting differently. I just burned fat and lost inches at a very slow pace :pensive:

Yea some people look at weekly calorie net vs daily. Its more about what you like best. I tried the weekly net but i ended up undereating by like 500 calories. So I stick to a daily deficit :)

Above all, stay positive because your up for a roller coaster of hardwork and struggles! There will be days where you just want to cry because your not losing enough, your gaining weight, your stuck, your tired etc! But please just keep moving forward, it will pass <3

I love it to be honest. I dont know why people get offended when people "skinny shame". I see it as theyre just jelouse. On my list of things that make me happy, being skinny is on there. Because who wouldnt want to look bomb in everything they try on at the store? Or who wouldnt want to have a thigh gap. lol

Yes it is soooooooooooooo much cheaper to eat healthy! Go to Mexican supermarkets! (Make sure they are certified lol and not shady. Think big chain stores) Ground chicken and whole chickens are so cheap! Sometimes whole chickens are 89 cent each! And Ive found lean ground chicken/turkey for a few cent a pound. Also buy a…
