Wonderful story :'( I just wanted a remedy for my depression and anxiety. I refused to take meds, so I got a gym membership and started eating clean to feel better. Now I'm 35 pounds down and have so much energy, I'm happy, positive, cheerful and of course, very healthy.

You can do it! Weightloss is not rocket science nor is it consistant. This just clicked. These friends that I havent seen in a while. Well we were all the same weight in high school. Meaning we were the chub girl squad. Acually all my friends from high school are overweight because those are the people that i felt most comfortable being around. I guess i need to make fitness buddies.

Consider yourself lucky T_T I went from a 36D to a 34A And my boobs are so extremely deflated and saggy. Like floppy pancakes.

The way you see yourself usually changes with weightloss, but sometimes it doesnt. If your having feelings that are self destructive I think you should see a professional about it. However, theres only so much a shrink can do too. I personally just live with it and focus on the now.

Yea I made an appointment with my doctor, but she cant take me until August. But I'm hoping it just has to do with increased activity? I know that exercising and weightloss causes your period either last a long time, or to disappear. Or maybe I'm anemic, I have been craving sour foods.

I think canned legumes/vegetables and frozen vegetables are your bestfriend when your on a budget! Also buy a big bag of brown rice!! You can make super cheap "burrito bowls". A bowl filled with corn, rice, beans and veggies goes a long way

The thing about almond milk is that it gives your coffee a really nutty taste? I personally dont like it, I love my coffee strong and bitter. I agree OP isn't eating enough. I weight 114 pounds, 5'0 and I eat 1400-1600 calories a day. Work out 6x a week.
