I am having the same problem. I can do great all day long then have no self control at night. It doesn't help that what I eat is sweets (chocolate chip cookies and red hots). Any advice on how to get out of this habit?

Is there such thing as to much protein? How much should the average person eat per day?

I love the SMART goal suggestion posted by Cebreisch. I often set goals that are unattainable.
