@GaleHawkins - too true. I read over it again with my hubby in mind and it definitely makes sense. The protein item maybe not as much as men simply have more muscle and wld therefore probably need more protein on average than women. Wish I cld go back and edit my post to make it gender neutral

2-point is something I just started working on this season. It works very well during rides especially one with a lot of downhill trail and when my horse starts to get tired. I'm not very strong at it though and can only do it for short periods. Any pointers @crimsongrey?

The ketostix are useful but not 100% accurate. I don't register ketosis until about 4 in the afternoon. But that's how my body works.
