It seems I posted my starting weight wrong. Is it possible to edit my previously entered weight in the spreadsheet? I am not really good with pounds system.

Is there a max for the excercise minutes per day? For instance I walked 2.5 hours today and had 30 minutes of aerobics. Should I write total time or just aerobics?

Hello everyone. I'm new to MFP and I want to loose 15 kg (not all in this challenge of course :) ). I'm 33. Once I've lost 8 kg in 3 months just by moving more and tracking my food, but then I changed my job, stayed late and lost my momentum. I want to learn eating in my nutrition range and working out every day again.
