It's because I'm only 5'0, 31, and already have diabetes and high blood pressure. Also, I've always been obese as an adult, and have never been under 180 lbs. That's why I'm choosing it, I can't speak to other people's reasons.

Howzit! I went to UH and lived on Oahu fro 3 years. Do you have an open diary? If so I'd love to be friends so I can be jelly on your cheat days ( I miss Korean BBQ from Pearlridge mall, Spam Musubi, Taro Froyo, the list goes on!).

I'm 5'0, 197 lbs. Average calorie intake is 1600 calories a day. I didn't know you weren't supposed to lift in a fasted state, I thought working out first thing in the morning before breakfast. I switch every month because I've read several places that muscle confusion is good for continued benefit.
