Ok, sorry, I was being a bit stupid there. This begs a question: should I try and reach the new macro goal or is it ok to adhere to the original one? What I'm trying to find out is would it be bad for me from nutritional point of view to stay under the new goal?

Ok guys, what I've done is I went on Myfitnesspal website, logged on and selected the groups I wanted to join on the site, all my group choices were then automatically transferred to the app. There is no option to search for a certain group on the website either :( HTH

I also don't look at numbers that way, but it sounds like 1 of 2 things is happening... 1) you've eating 31% of your daily fat goal (7g out of 27g total). Yes, exactly 200 calories! I'm still confused why it's doing it but think I'll just monitor my consumption on the detailed nutrition list, it makes much more sense. Thank you Lynn <3
