I tend to go for yoghurt and if I feel like chewing i go for "weight watchers" snacks like their carrot cake as I love carrot cake. I also keep different types of fruit in the house. My fruit bowl currently has bananas, plums, grapes & apples

With solid food you stay full for longer as your body takes its time to break down the food., a lot of people on here who complain about getting hungry often usually have a lot of shakes/smoothies in their diet.

Err sugar is a dirty carb, that needs reducing just like any other bad carbs. I didn't say it makes you fat, its definitely not healthy

Everyone is commenting on the diary so I thought I'd have a look. It's true, you're eating more or less double than what you're actually logging. I only realised today that a small banana weighs around 150g therefore a large one is probably 200g. So I guess weighing your food is the key

My point still stands. You need natural food protein. Protein powder has ingredients which you've never even heard of and most likely can't even spell . Just eat natural protein like fish, cheese, yoghurt etc.

Natural protein is good... But protein from shakes or bars has a ridiculous amount of sugar. Best stick to natural protein.

Nuts are healthy but you'll find that a handful has 500 calories as they're very fatty. so if you eat a whole pack you'll likely go over your calorie goal from nuts alone.

I'm using ankle and wrist weights to tone up, im also doing squats and sit up. Body is rather aching but the 6 pack has already started to show up

Fight the temptation to weigh yourself everyday and only do it once a week instead. Also weigh yourself in the morning before eating/drinking anything because a glass of water/milk can easily add 4lbs to your weight

I checked myself against the BMI measurements. My BMI was normal so i just decided to maintain my weight and tone up my body in time for the summer.

Add extra minutes to your work out to make up for it. But one day won't make a difference. You'll be happy again tomorrow if you meet your calorie goal :smile:

Most contraception pills makes women gain weight. I changed my contraception because of that and lost quiet a lot of weight, my flat belly also came back :-)

It's best to eat a whole fruit than to blend it into a smoothie if you want to stay full for a longer period. It's best to eat solid food to give your stomach time to digest and train your metabolism. Protein shakes are generally not healthy with lots of ingredients you've never even heard of. Best to stick to natural protein foods such as Greek yoghurt for breakfast with slices of fruit?

Wearing ankle weights around the house ( if you're not shy also wear them around town). Even when watching tv on the sofa, just lift your legs up and down slowly whilst sitting down and you'll also tone your legs.
