    That picture of my daughter being born started it all a couple years ago. I have three daughters and didn't want to be the "fat dad" who couldn't keep up with them.
    I have them to thank for my motivation :)

    Thank you everyone I'm far from finished my fitness journey. But if I can do it I have absolutely no doubt everyone on this site can do the same. Thanks for the awesome feedback

    Thanks to the last two posters i wouldn't say proud just yet but very happy to have finally broken into a weight number I'm happy at seeing :)
