Me too! I like reading and liking people's posts but I usually don't comment lol I've been on my journey since Oct 2016 but injured my rotor cuff and had to take a month or so off. Back at it again!

That's my problem too cruzmom123! I don't eat enough and I'm usually under my calories then when i workout I'm even lower

I know exactly how you feel! I get all pumped up and motivated and do real good for about two months then bam i hit a wall of boredom or don't see the results i want and slowly stop exercising

Me too! I haven't wore a 2 pc since i was 24 and had my first kid lol but honestly i wld just be happy feeling better about myself, looking for more friends to help motivate☺

Actually sushi (salmon, mackerel, and tuna) is good for you depending on what you eat with it or put on it. No fried rolls unless it's veggie, yes to brown rice and no to soy sauce but yes to wasabi. Have fun and don't overdo it lol

I know how you feel i have only lost a few lbs in a month and a half but i took measurements when i started and i lost half an inch in my legs so that is my motivation. Muscle weighs more than fat lol

I know how you feel Laurend224, don't quite have that problem but i still don't like all the jiggle bouncing and my boobs ugh sportsbra's aren't very comfortable for bigger sizes

That is how i feel Jennym93! I'm fine once i get started but it's getting started that's hard. Sometimes it's like i have to drag myself to do anything but i am on antidepressants so i think that's part of it. Depression sucks ppl think well just be happy or exercise you will feel better but it dont work like that

Me too...i got a 15 yr old boy and a19 yr old girl talk about sibling rivalry lol i was an only child so not used to all the drama. I hate exercise but I'm just tired of being tired and fat so here i am!

I just try to keep busy but i know how you feel i don't even have to be hungry and i eat! When you feel the urge go for a walk or clean lol

I eat a lot of fruit but there are a lot of foods i don't like. I read an article on my pinterest to eat whole wheat pita bread, yogurt and nuts to add healthy calories.

I walk on the treadmill every day Sophiasmomma but it gets so boring. I even switch the routines on it but i just do it anyway cuz something is better than nothing i guess.

I have the same problem MFP says 1200 calories per day but i barely get that and when i do my exercise knocks it back down. I think that's why I'm not losing weight but I'm not hungry or I'm too busy :\

Me too! I got about 35-40 lbs to lose and not find it again...but i am so out of shape! I feel like I'm dying and can't catch my breath so i just give up. I hate exercise but i gotta lose this weight and be happy again.
