Good afternoon all:

I need help with my weight; I reached 233 lbs and my health/body is in shock; I want to feel good and have energy to take care of 2 young great nephews and I want to be happy again with my spouse. Today is my first day of finding myself again. Thank you.

    Welcome!! MFP is a great tool to help with weight loss. I've had my ups and downs, but we can do this!

    OMG!!!! My first day on the program and my husband just called and wants to go to an all you can eat sushi buffet.....I only have 239 calories left for the day......I'm excited that my husband and I will have some alone time....but a buffet........help

    Actually sushi (salmon, mackerel, and tuna) is good for you depending on what you eat with it or put on it. No fried rolls unless it's veggie, yes to brown rice and no to soy sauce but yes to wasabi. Have fun and don't overdo it lol
