Some people get very bad pain or even if they don't aren't up for working out. I know I get the temptations to skip a workout because I feel gross. But you didn't double guess your workout, so I thought that was awesome. :p

I constantly feel frustrated after getting on the scale! This week I decided no more and to count my calories as I used to. Right now I am at 176 and I'm far from feeling comfortable in my body. My goal weight is 145, so 30 lbs to lose. I'm on my first week of strict calorie counting but am counting on keeping it up!

Yes, that is how I feel about it; eat now because no more of this for rest of week. orandaberg, I also used to eat protein bars almost daily as meals, but because of the chemicals and expensiveness, decided to stop buying them. Setting a lower goal is a good idea, since it is doable. Hard boiled eggs sound like a good snack idea instead! I will stay away from the processed foods and learn to say NO…
