Fit into a size 10 AUS (size 6 US) pencil skirt. Never thought it'd happen.

I'm nearly 5'1" and was 200lbs in Feb 2015. As of this morning I'm 163lbs. I was a size 16/18 AUS (12/14US) and now I'm a size 12 (8 US). Looking to lose another 30-40lbs and gain more Muscle.

My butt is definitely rounder thanks to the weighted squats I've been doing. I've also gone to down to size 12 AUS (size 8 US) for the first time in my adult life with my starting size as size 16/18 (12/14 US) back in Feb. I've only lost 25lbs but in my short frame it's a big difference. The weirdest thing I've noticed was that my belly button is so much smaller. It seems like it's a given to have a smaller belly button with a smaller stomach but I still found it weird when I first noticed haha

Right now I'm on level 2 (it's so hard). First level made a huge difference on my measurements. I previously lost weight before doing mainly cardio but I didn't see a difference the way my body looked until 20lbs down. Now I've lost under 10lbs and can see huge difference. Will post pictures when I'm done

Congrats on the loss! I plan to. I promised myself I'd never get back to my starting weight and I'm doing it with all the right reasons this time.
