I'm pretty sure that it's the new birth control that I'm on that's causing me to struggle this time around because I lose 40 pounds 3 or so years ago so I know that it's possible, just harder. I want to lose 15-20 pounds and came across this plan so wanted to ask about it

Thanks for the information. I'm looking for a quick fix because what I'm doing now is only had me going back in forth between losing 2-5 pounds. Figured I'd try this for a quick 10 pound loss, then I would be 12-15 pounds down.
