For my boredom snacking, I am trying to do a new hobby while I watch TV. I did a counted cross stitch and now I'm trying to teach myself to crochet. If I can keep my hands busy, I'm less likely to snack. As for the other, I'm a stress eater too. Stress makes me feel tired, which makes me think I need fuel so I eat. Still…

My heaviest was back in 2022 (252.6) and I have been lax. I had gotten down almost to 200 but I skipped weighing for a while and fell off the wagon. I'm starting over too. I did great several years ago but I've gained all of it back! Slippery slope! I also got married and that means lifestyle changes making it harder to do meal planning when I now have to take into account another person. I could use all the encouragement I can get to stay on track!

Olive Garden has a nutrition info menu you can get. I can eat there and be in within my goals with no problem. I really like the garlic rosemary chicken!
