I am 47 and I have gained back everything I lost using MFP 10 years ago. Getting back on the plan is hard! I have about 60lbs I want to lose (80 would be better...) 5'9" CW: 241 GW: 180 (160 would be awesome but I'm trying to be realistic) Let me know if you want a motivation partner!

First Week!
I tracked every day. I managed a Christmas party for work within my allowances. I lost 3.8 lbs!

Almost to goal...worried about maintaining
I have 2lbs to my final goal weight. I set myself a 5lb range I want to stay in but I'm not sure how quickly to go about adding back in the calories once I reach my final goal. It seems like I'll gain the weight back if I jump straight from weight loss calorie level to maintenance calorie level. I let MFP tell me how many…
