Accountability Partner?

I am 47 and I have gained back everything I lost using MFP 10 years ago. Getting back on the plan is hard! I have about 60lbs I want to lose (80 would be better...)

5'9"
CW: 241
GW: 180 (160 would be awesome but I'm trying to be realistic)

Let me know if you want a motivation partner!

Hey, that’s me too! I’ve slowly gained back 26 of the 49 pounds I lost 7 or 8 years ago. I hadn’t reached my goal weight the first time.

Now I’m older and everything hurts more than it did even when I weighed more.

Edit to add that I’m also late 40s.

    Hi,

Feel free to add me if you like? We have similar numbers - SW 280, CW 248 and Goal is 180.
Its a slog to get the weight off again. I'm 41 and in the UK. :)

Just general internet advice for anyone who needs it: you can click or tap on a user’s name to see how recently they’ve joined and what (if anything) they’ve contributed to the forums. And also as we all know, anyone who says they’re offering free help through DMs only is less likely to be legit.
