@dixiewhiskey Thanks so much! So sounds the most accurate I can do at home is take measurements and use an online calculator.

I do some kind of cardio almost every day. For me it's just something I need to do or I would go crazy at my office. I have always been incredibly active and now have a fairly sedentary job.
-
Im curious too--where do you get it bf% tested? My scale has the ability to measure this but I wonder if it is accurate.

hahaha! not sure about that :) but trying to get back into shape. I do leave the gym drippy sweaty. I really like the stairmaster, I feel like it works muscles I had not been using!

Good read! Thanks for sharing :)

I love it but I dont log the calories the machine says I burn. I was on there for 45 minutes at level 12 this morning and it was close to 1,000. I'm fairly sure this isnt accurate for me ;)

Agreed bookworm_847! We should focus on other non-scale victories: like how clothes fit or how good we feel (personally, I have started working out more and am also working towards some fitness goals). I need to stop hopping on my scale all the time because then I get frustrated.

I have a tough time with this! I am only looking to lose a few pounds and I vary so much from 1 day to the next and even time of day. I get very discouraged!
-
You can add me--I am in the same boat. I gained a few over the last few months and would now like to get back on track!

Oh I do something similar! I roast sweet potatoes in the oven seasoned with a little salt/pepper/rosemary, I add browned ground turkey and then a runny egg on top. So delicious!

I like ON and Quest

I love the stuff! I think it tastes great and fits into my calorie and macro goals better than regular peanut butter. I know there are others that don't like it though. Maybe you can order a small container to see what you think?
-
cool! thanks--do you think a traditional ab-wheel is better?
-
Oh heck yeah and I get up at 4:45 almost every day to get a small workout in. I don't have enough time to do everything I want but it's better than nothing.

I absolutely love frittatas and I can happily eat them 2 meals a day! I make mine with two cups of egg whites and 4 eggs and do different varieties of veggies. I cut it into 4 servings. My faves are: spinach and caramelized onion broccoli with a little cheddar zucchini, peppers, shallots Dinner I try to stick to a lighter…

I am 5'1" I am 124 and would love to be around 110. I work out daily--I have always been a big runner (it is stress relief for me) and am trying to lift more. I try to stick to 1200 but there are some days when its tough. I usually eat back half of my work out calories. I have been at a few weeks but haven't seen the…

Old Navy compression, they are great and reasonably priced!

@basscadet808 I buy the IMO syrup here: http://www.mysweetit.com/ I think the taste is really impacted by the protein powder that goes into it. Mine did not taste exactly like a quest bar but I liked them anyways because I used a protein powder that I like. I think the texture is slightly off from a quest bar but still…
