I love this recipe but need some help tweaking it...

Christmas Cookie Recipes...
I opened the thread in the Food section and expected everyone's favorite cookie recipes. Sadly, it was not.... So I wanted to get some new cookie ideas (we do a lot of baking for various pot lucks). Don't have to be "healthy" just have to taste great :)

Lights/Reflective Gear for Running at Night?
Any recommendations before I rely solely on amazon reviews? I run from 5-6 while my kids are at swim practice. It is a fairly busy area but there are no street lights...

Anyone else struggling with the time change?
I don't know if anyone else feels this way but it just makes me want to leave work and change into my pajamas! I was supposed to lift after work today--How do you guys motivate when its dark out? (Admittedly, I am much more of a morning person but sometimes I cant get my full work out in in the am)

Thoughts on the types of body fat testing...
I have not had my body fat tested in years and it was the old school caliper test. I'd love to know where I stand now....admittedly, I love cardio and my lifting routine has always seems to fall by the wayside when time gets tight (which is way too much of the time now).
