Sliced Beef Sirloin Recipes

SO I usually do a Mongolian Beef recipe but my kids are tired of it. I have a the meat already sliced and ready to go...what else could I do with it? Beef fajitas? Any other ideas?

    Teriyaki stir fry, is that the same as Mongolian beef? A stir fry adding cherry tomatoes, water chestnuts and baby corn is very filling and tasty.

    Was just looking at that! Maybe I will mix it up on the sauce and the veggies I use and it will be "different enough" for the elementary school palate! ;)
