I made these little cranberry muffins as a grab and go. Im sure they are not everyone's cup of tea but I thought they tasted great and worked well with my caloric/macro goals.


0.50 cup, Unsweetened Applesauce
1.00 tsp(s), Baking Powder
0.12 tsp(s), Salt, table
1.00 egg, Large Egg

3.00 tbsp(s), Eggs - White only, raw
0.50 cup(s), Almond Milk - Original - Unsweetened Vanilla
1.00 tsp(s), Spices, cinnamon, ground

3.00 tbsp(s), Oil, canola
1.00 tsp, Vanilla extract
0.75 cup(s), Pb2 - Powdered Peanut Butter
3.00 scoop (oz), Quest Protein Powder - Vanilla Milkshake
0.50 tsp, Leavening agents, baking soda
40.00 g (1/4 cup), Craisins Reduced Sugar (by gram)
