Can we still join the group? I'm not sure if I have enough protein in my fridge/freezer/pantry to last 14 days but I would like to give this a try! My family is going to think I'm punishing them. haha They are all picky eaters which is why I have so many partial packages of food.

I did the dreaded task of shopping for a new bathing suit because my old one is falling off of me. I bought one 2 sizes smaller!! Soooo exciting!

Amazing transformation. As another posters asked, I am also curious to know how many calories a day have you been eating? Have you ate back your exercise cals? I have the same questions as this lady. Please share your strategy. Even if your method is not perfect for everyone, it obviously worked for you!
