  • I'm in somewhat the same situation as you, JK. I spend most of my time at work at a desk, but I workout in the morning for about an hour before work and then I try my best to walk a mile during lunch. I have mine set as lightly active and have been making progress. I have been keeping my breakfast, lunch and dinners below…
  • It's best to not eat back your exercise calories, or only eat a portion of them. I've been trying to stick with the 1750 and leave my exercise calories alone. That being said, however, listen to your body. If it's hungry, feed it with good food choices. I hope this helps.
  • Has anyone tried (in MFP app) to click MORE at the bottom, then scrolling to the bottom of that page and pressing SYNC? I do this when trying to sync MFP to MapMyWalk at those times they don't sync right away. Theoretically, it should work with FB, as well. BTW, I ordered my FB Flex just a few minutes ago. :smiley:

  • So, given a person's TDEE, does the MFP app automatically calculate the deficit needed to lose weight from the data that you enter in your profile? Should I eat the amount of calories that are calculated. For example, the app suggests 1,750 calories per day without exercise. Say I workout and burn 250 calories.…
