Ok, I am in too. Current weight - 145 lbs., up 5 lbs. last 3 months despite training for my 4th half marathon. Its true you can out eat any exercise plan... darn it. Goal weight - 125 lbs. Weigh in on Saturdays. Running 5th half in March and want to be at goal weight. Maybe can get a PR?? Would like to run a full marathon…
