Hope it's not too late to join. I'm possibly going on a cruise in late February. I just started back on FitnessPal today.
I'm currently at 170 lbs.

Current weight - 145 lbs., up 5 lbs. last 3 months despite training for my 4th half marathon. Its true you can out eat any exercise plan... darn it.
Goal weight - 125 lbs.

I sure was expecting to lose much more by now, it's been a month for me and only 4 lbs. I'll keep trying..... Trying to lose weight really gets harder the older you get, so for you young people, do the best you can now and try to keep it off.

Slowly but surely wins the race! Since my low carb start date on 8/1/16 at 248lbs, I have lost 26 lbs as of today, 11/14/16. I have hope that I can continue to lose an average of 1-2 pounds per week until I finally reach my goal.
