Hi all, count me in. I have lots of film festivals and the usual Christmas activities coming up so having some extra motivation and support over the next couple of months is just what I need.

IM IN!! Over the past 2 years, i've gained 30 lbs. I started gaining after a 3 day trip to LA. There was so much yummy food and i developed a bad habit of overeating. This carried on and even after i cut off the habit, the weight keeps coming. Im glad i can come here and get some motivation. Challenge Accepted

Thank you It's higher than I'm aiming for going forward but I've got back to the gym after getting married recently so I think there's a bit of water weight I've shredded.0 -

Hope it's not too late to join! I soooooo need some motivation. I lost 56lbs using MFP previously (6 years ago and my 40th birthday was my big motivation!) and 30 of those freakin lbs have gone back on due to studying, no time, laziness and no gym, and falling into the worst eating patterns. I could do with all the help and support from this group that I can get!
