  • I try to meditate daily, mostly to shed desire for things and money...to live in the present and to focus my senses on the experience of each food I taste and consume...each bit becomes so much more satisfying and I eat less...I also try to devote my entire existence to doing good for all others crossing my daily path...
  • I use baby zucchini steamed then add meat sauce marina it's just as satisfying but no high carb pasta!
