Very interesting. Thanks. I guess we as individuals in the mean time can experiment with which carbs cause a response. I can certainly feel a spike after eating veggies even on a low carb diet. But not really fun bananas. Does anyone else here feel the difference?

I have always belonged to a gym. And I have always enjoyed taking classes because when I'm not there people remind me to come. I have learned a lot from instructors overtime.

Don't worry about it but figure out how to stop bingeing. I have been working very hard at learning how to eat out. I have been talking with people who have lost a lot of weight and ask them what they do when they eat out. And I have been practicing. Five successes in the past month.

There is a definition in the literature and I think it is not eating compulsively and being at or aiming for a normal weight. I know some who consider abstinence not bingeing. To the initial question.....yes. Live with it. So what? People are born without limbs, defective hearts, etc.

10 percent is exercise, 90 percent is what you put in your mouth. That of course is just a guess however for me, it is all about what I put in my mouth. Exercise is to keep my joints and muscles working properly and keep my heart healthy. Definitely keep track of what you eat ....log it in along with your exercise.…
