I totally believe the CICO and I tend to eat light breakfast, light to midsize lunch and then I really eat a huge dinner, I love to eat a half a head of cauliflower or cabbage with chicken or turkey sausage. And 100% getting enough water.

always track it! bite it write it! but i try to avoid cheat meals because i've done well, they seem to happen to often then. i chose celebrations such as birthday or family reunion. I'm 483 days in and nearly 80 lbs lighter, so this is what has been working for me.

Had to look up conversion, I was 122 kg and am currently 86 kg. I was always in some kind of pain, foot, back, head, as soon as I woke up. Now it's AMAZING. unless it's an activity that causes soreness I am pretty much pain free! Just be the little train that could and start chugging along, I promise it's worth it!

CICIO but less packaged foods, junk so to speak. Fresh veggies, leaner meats, real farm eggs and personally trying to stay away from sweets they are a trigger food. I can eat them out at a restaurant because it's just one serving, but if I bring it to the house HA!! 1 becomes 2 becomes EAT ALL THE STUFFS!!!

I have the knee thing too, I used to have these fat rolls when I crossed my legs or sat with my legs bent, now it's just flat, I cannot remember not having those fat spots, so surreal!

Have you bought different clothes? I was guilty of just wearing the same things and they might be a bit baggy but they don't look much different, have some pictures taken of you and compare on an app, that helps.

@angfirst I have always gauged if i'm the largest in the room, or avoiding parking in a tight spot to avoid squeezing out of my vehicle, I wish I could see me through someone else's eyes. Someone who for years was smaller than me is now larger and that was WEIRD!!!

Maybe she's logging without checking the portions correctly, weighing food is really important if you can only have so few calories, there is no room for error. a scale that does grams as well as ounces is what i use all the time. Double check packages for portions, sometimes they can be complicated.

I generally eat a bar and coffee or yogurt. I like to eat small, small, BIG and snacks thrown in. The higher the fiber and protein in a bar the fuller I feel for longer.

Are you wearing compression shorts? they keep the insides tight and they are slick so no rub. Also instead of vaseline I'm thinking something from the athletic section with medicine to actually heal first.

That is an awesome NSV! I've done similar, i'm going to go eat X and barely go over calories for the day. I'm following your result, my band broke and I stuck it in my bra. I have a misfit and on the app I put that I wear it on my chest. I have compared it to the fitness app on my phone for a couple of walks and they were no more than a couple of steps off, the tracker in bra the phone in hand.
