no matter what you choose, do not over do it and quit. so many hit it hard for 5 seconds and it's so overwhelming they are done. I chose to walk and mess with hand weights and yoga ball. I'm not a very coordinated person and occasionally i ride my bike.

It has to be measured because it might not all pop. and popcorn is the most difficult thing to figure ever in the history of the world!!!! I weight my popped corn and go by what scan of barcode lets me do. really hope that helps.

you should see my misfit, it calculated I burned 1496 calories for 2000 steps bwhaahaa mfp synced up and i got NEGATIVE 32!!!!

I use to try an eat before I went but guess what? I still ate, because it was all so amazing!! so now I eat a light breakfast and just do the best I can and journal it all and go from there. No more "it's the end of the world!" just brush it off and keep on keeping on!!!

moving from plus size brands to normal size brands make a difference too. like say lane bryant only go so low and american eagle go so high. I had to start on the D and B12 because of blood work that came back 2 years ago that had low levels so now you've got me thinking I may need to find out if I need to continue with all the "extras"

I take multi for women, D, B12, omega 3 and they are all GUMMI!!! yes they have calories, no I don't log them, I know I should but until I stop losing and have to get down to the nitty gritty I won't. But if you take regular ones I don't think they have hardly any calories. and a gel Biotin for hair nails and skin.

Sometimes I feel more change with a 5 lb loss then a 20, it takes time for it all to catch up. And Hanging in there is much better than sitting on the sidelines never getting anywhere!

I eat bbq thighs often, I really like the dark meat so much more! but yes, it can be aggravating trying to log new foods.

But i looked up another entry on totally separate site and 1 thigh, bonless skinless was 140 (no weight given) so that must be the mix up for yours to have a range, at least you know it's not a big old honking 500 plus!!!!

Oh my gosh yes!! I use to get so mad if a certain top got put in the dryer, have to stretch it out again, or give up on it. and now i'm like come on shrink so I can wear you!!! LOL

Awesome Job on 70 gone!!! I notice the "snarky" compliment. Like you need to stop, you're gonna get to skinny.... Ummm I'm still at least 50 overweight and by far NOT skinny. They probably worry that you are going to make them look bad. But oh well!!!

I find after weigh in it readjusts and also after the amount you work out. If both days are identical down to the last tittle, then IDK it's messing with you because it can lol

Stay within calorie range and it's all good!! I love the fiber one cookies so it's a bit healthier than a regular cookie. oh and as for a wagon, I am driving this sucker!! no more falling off LOL down 65!
