I'm trying so hard to contain myself. If I based everything on one week separated out, I could say the time I got the stomach bug I lost 10 lbs in one week, it was an awesome diet. no food whatsoever!!!! I'm averaging a 2 lb loss per week, after 32 weeks at this.

I was in such denial, like if i didn't tell him, or anyone else then they wouldn't know hahaha!!!! LIke anyone couldn't see I was closing in on 300! DUH! now if they want to know i tell them. I'm so over being "shy" about what I weighed/weigh.

I just went on a cruise late june, and I found the dining room food really good but they serve smaller european portions so unless you drink your calories you will be ok. The buffett really wasn't that great. They also had a huge salad bar.

Completely Understand, and is she naturally skinny? My mom was and would remind me of how little she was at my age when she was 4 inches taller than me and my chest exceeded hers greatly. OBVIOUSLY we weren't the same build. Oh well gotta love em.

I use to eat absolute crap, and plenty off it! I can't "spend" my calories on that junk because then I would still be hungry! I eat higher fiber and way higher protein, I don't track fat, carbs etc but just making better food choices makes that lower naturally. I'm not about to spend half my calories on a giant cupcake. I…

Do not eat all your exercise calories, stay in a deficit. Also do NOT look at scale daily, measure your inches around stomach, arms, chest etc. you will see changes there. I totally get it. I am a "finish the whole thing I logged it" type. I haven't gotten to the point where I can listen to my belly if it's full. I hope to someday be able to listen to my body, but for now it's all about the calories because I wouldn't be overweight if I could listen to my body.

So many Ideas here!! I never thought of the over the calf boots because they never fit so I gave up on those years ago, oh that would be amazing!!!! I like the idea of never be worried about the weight requirement on anything, a chair, a amusement ride, etc. I would love to NEVER shop in a plus size store again!

I don't do cheat meals, I log every single bite. Sometimes those bites are more that my daily allotment but I have it set at lose 2 lbs per week. Find your BMR! BMR shows the calories you can have with no gain. bmrcalculator.org This one shows your calorie usage in basically a coma, then barely any activity up to all out exercise all day every day LOL

I wondered if I could log ahead just to keep my days, there are computers aboard I just didn't know how busy they would be or if I would have the time, so I thought of just doing my regular breakfast etc, because I don't plan on doing anything drastic on the eating, it's all about the scenery and adventure.
