99% of the time at home. I weight prepackaged stuff just to see if it matches, i weigh my creamer, meats, pretty much you name it. I have a guessing game to see if I'm right. When i'm out nah. but I RARELY eat out. If i do I prelog.

I mean he "drew" the faster metabolism, the fidgety helps with that (is part of that) but if you saw the amount of beer this man consumed while staying rail thin you'd be amazed.

my brother in law is a fidgety type, adhd, constantly moving and up until a recent injury that keeps him way more sedentary he was as skinny as a rail, it's just the luck of the draw I suppose!

I'm a coffee and protein bar kinda gal, but i like turkey polish sausage and 1 regular egg and 2 egg whites with 1 slice whole wheat bread and 1 tablespoon peanut butter with just a drizzle of honey. I'm either a very light breakfast or eat all the foods!!
