200$ for 15 pints of "ice cream", even if it taste good I cannot imagine stuffing that much ice cream into a day. maybe, ok I could eat it. But by day 3 i bet you are eating it while sitting on the commode. LOL

oh thank the lawrd it's not just me!!! after losing 80+ I get countless compliments and when i SHARE THE SECRET, they just seemed so let down, how could I not really tell them how I did it, no, seriously, just MFP and count the calories..... I'm glad I found the light, hoping to guide one in eventually.

I am constantly running into people who are amazed at my weight loss and they all "how are you doing it" and i'm "Just count calories, use MFP" and they continue to ask questions as if i'm lying or just not telling them the whole story. No really just count calories.

These are all awesome, but one I remember my mom tried in the 70's was the buttermilk/banana diet. That's it, just those 2 things, and I think she did it for 3 days before she ate a steak!

I totally second this. I was "healthy" PERFECT cholesterol labs, but then it was my knees hurting, then i had a bone spur and plantar facsiitis and short of breath all the time. I would beg those people with the body positive movement to be happy but please work toward a healthier version and not lie to yourself.

I've got the galaxy 5S and love it, had it 2 years. I try to use an iphone, the childrens have them, HATED IT!!! I feel like the interface with the samsung is just so much easier. Depending on how long you've been doing this, sometimes you just hit a wall and decide to eat all the foods! Take a breath, brush yourself off and decide how you will do better, maybe prelogging and preplanning a treat for later?

well don't lose hope, make sure you are weighing and logging accurately and i was trying to find a previous thread of why am i not losing, it had some really helpful hints. If you go to the search and put it in so much info comes up.

No where in here did I see where you are keeping up with calories. If that isn't part of your plan I HIGHLY recommend it as you have to burn more than you eat. You can eat "perfect" all day everyday but if it's more calories than your body burns you won't lose.

Just weigh on a specific day at the same time if fluctuation worries you. I weigh daily but only log the saturday morning weigh in.
