Pete from Buckinghamshire. Here to help and support. 90lbs down, 40 or so to go, proving more difficult. Looking for more Uk friends.

Whilst I've been on MFP for a while I've only just started to use the community because I'm now in a bit of a rut so more than happy to provide so mutual support. Based way over the pond in England.

Also the Polar will do Rowing sessions without GPS for indoor workouts. What you may struggle with is having an indoor and outdoor Rowing profile

For me I think the Polar M400 does just about everything you want, provided you're happy with wearing a heart rate strap (Polar's H7 works well). And a lot less expensive than the 920. DC Rainmaker is a really good resource for this sort of stuff. I do a lot of erg training with the HRM, and so far has got my 2k time down…

I'm sure there are many thousands of us here, we're just sometimes a little more reticent about coming forward ;) Based in Buckinghamshire, have hit a bit of a plateau at the moment, so still have 50lb or so to go, that'll take me from 23st to 12st, and high 16s now.

A stop watch would be nice, kinda strange to think it doesn't have one.
