And they finally listen to what makes yourself successful and respond, "I could never do that!"

After many rounds of this yo-yo, I've learned it's in my best interest to just keep things to myself. That's why I'm thankful for MFP and my friends here who get it.

Beer was in the cup holder in the recliner, no doubt.

Wife was away a few weeks ago, so this was my bachelor dinner.

Since you're so helpful, I'd probably accept, even though you ignored me the first time.

How do you delete someone?

I use as a direct replacement for rice in stuffed peppers (with sausage and pasta sauce) and in jambalaya. Both meals are ones we enjoy at least a couple of times/month.

Most labels I've seen say "X Pieces" and give grams. Weigh them up, and I bet you'll find the closest value for frozen weight.

Go Cubs Go, but thanks for Theo!

The first recipe I ever made in my parents new bread machine about 25 years ago was a jalapeno cheddar bread with two cloves of garlic. Imagine how bad, bad, horrible this bread turned out when I used two whole bulbs!

During my first trip to France, I wandered around the wrong floor for several minutes thinking I was lost before I realized "1" isn't the ground floor as those of us in the US are used to, but rather the 1st floor.. above Ground Floor, Level Zero. I blame it on an overnight flight and zero sleep.

This thread has inspired me to grill up some homemade beef sausages I made a couple of months ago and fry up some peppers this weekend!

I'd decline since my request was ignored. :-)

"Mindless Eating," by Dr. Brian Wansink has always been an interesting book for me.

Can you please ignore that friend request I sent you?

Another, "You must have so much more energy!" Well, yes, I think losing weight does give me more energy, but I'm using all of that energy in the gym, so no, I'm actually pretty exhausted at the moment, but thanks for your compliment.
-
"You must feel so much better!" Well, I was pretty fat and happy and wasn't really feeling poor, but kicking my own *kitten* in the gym and exercising a lot wears me out. I guess I'm feeling better but never felt bad to begin with.

100-125. Maybe a bit more if there are lots of grapes.

Big girl, no problem. Duke girl? Well, ummm. Maybe we should see other people.

How did you know?!?

Stolen but seen posted many, many times:

Both of these suggestions are excellent! At my old company, I made a rule I couldn't use the restroom on my floor. My new office is all on one floor, but there's a circuitous route to get to the furthest bathroom that I often take.

Pork porterhouse chops, mashed cauliflower with bacon and cheese and broccoli.

Walking can be tremendously helpful in achieving health and fitness goals, but most success on the scale will be related to the kitchen.
