I have a difficult time with cardio during this time. I'm very tired and my endurance is low. But because my eating is a mess during that time, I feel like I must workout or I will gain a ton! Ugh!

Thanks y'all, I keep trying to make it happen more often. I love lifting heavy weights 3-4 times a week, but to me that is easy. It is hard to stay motivated without a workout partner. How do you stay motivated??

Thanks everyone for the advice. Now I'm feeling less anxious about my trip. I am going to reset my mind that I'm not having a setback, I'm having a vacation! That should help too I think.

I don't run, but I guess I could walk all over. Hopefully I can control myself with all the eating out I will be doing. I'm most worried about not doing weights and how behind I will be when I get back.

Thanks for your input, I greatly appreciate it! I forgot to add that I have a degree in physical therapy, but decided the medical profession is not for me. I'm currently taking a course to become a trainer that is pretty similar to the education I have already received. I will be well educated, just working on myself in…
