Apps for weight lifting
Does anyone have a favorite app that shows calories burned from weight training? I love this MFP app, but if you log strength it doesn't tell you calories burned. TIA

Back to School
What is everyone's fitness plans with the kids back in school? I'm setting a goal to workout all week once they have left for school for at least 45 minutes. I can't wait until the fall weather comes so I will feel like doing stuff outside, it is still too hot here in Texas! Lol! Enjoy your day y'all!

Cardio is the worst
I am having such a hard time getting my cardio in each week. The weights are my favorite so that is no problem, but cardio to me is so boring but also hard. Cardio other than running
What is a great calorie burner that is not running? I do not enjoy running, but I need to increase my cardio. I'd like something that isn't too boring!

Counting up or down?
When you are on a cardio machine like the elliptical or treadmill, do you prefer to have the time count up or count down? I think I prefer counting up, but never tried counting down.
