  • Tons of vegis every day, i eat brocolli, carrott,cauliflower,green beans, peas,sweet potatos. I eat alot of meat but most of my cals weather im bulking or cutting come from carbs, the only carb i consume that isnt fiberous is white rice. Ive tried lower amounts of vegis in past and it was like a gut bomb by the end of day

  • Continue to eat good healthy whole foods, and just build up strength and endurance. I know went through we had may others who showed up unfot, and didnt take it seriously leading up to their boot campp, but even they made it through, and got in their best shape.   • I take rest days depending on how my body is feeling but on those rest days i still will do some light cardio like 30 min on a eliptical or go for a walk, but i dont push myself hard, it helps me mentallly more then anything
  • Mid day,, having a few meals in me and fluids gives me energy to workout more intense
  • I have found stretching out my breakfest over 3 meals that are about 350 to 400 calories with like a mix of complex carbs and small amount of meat, eating each meal about 45 min apart also, and having a protein shake in there.   • Don't buy into supplements, and all the suger free or low calorie stuff, it always made me feel crapy and bloated, and it was hard on the wallet get most of your nutrition from whole foods. Good luck
