You can do this!!! One day at a time. I started with a challenge. 20 days 20 minutes of movement everyday for 20 days. Not to hard to do. Good luck I believe you can do this.

Hello I have 124 to 144 pounds to lose. My doctor said 120 to 140. Not sure what I want to weigh. I started my journey in the middle of 10/14. I lost 46 pounds so far. I'm happy with that.
